With five years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate investing in the US, Bhaumik has successfully navigated the intricatr landscape of real estate transactions, overseeing a remarkable volume of transaction totalling $75 million. Bhaumik leads Covest’s operations in commercial properties within India. Armed with a background in Applied Mathematics, he approaches the intricacies of real estate transactions with analytical precision. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence position Covest as a noteworthy player in the dynamic burgeoning Indian commercial real estate market.
